Silvana Lagos is a curator, writer, and cultural strategist working at the intersection of contemporary art, public-realm programming, and large-scale cultural infrastructure. Based between London and Stockholm — with an active practice across Riyadh and the Americas — she leads the curatorial concept, strategic architecture, and institutional delivery of projects that bridge artists, institutions, and the cities that hold them.

Her contribution is consistently authorial rather than executional: building the frameworks, strategic models, and institutional architecture that allow ambitious projects to be legible, defensible, and globally resonant. Recent and current work includes the Peruvian Pavilion at the 16th Gwangju Biennale, public-art and cultural-strategy commissions with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, and the artistic direction of El Anatsui's inaugural Tate Modern Turbine Hall tour.

She sits on advisory boards and councils across the field — from The Watermill Center to Art and Theory Publishing — and contributes writing to CAP 74024 and Elephant Magazine.
